Ropes Course Training
I was just another entrepreneur thinking sales were tough because of the recession; until I did the Challenge-U ropes course with Andi Burgis and her team that is. That day, on (and off) the ropes, gave me insights and breakthroughs, profound breakthroughs about my possibilities and the restrictions I had placed around my life without even quite knowing. I realized just how much fear I have had about trying new ideas and different approaches to selling (and many other things for that matter). I realized how alone I can make myself when I am afraid rather than reaching out or letting others 'show me' how. As a leader I found that the more authentic I was the more people believed in me and held a space for my success.

For the first time in years I actually feel worthy of being my true self. There was so much I learned, from the fact that I tend to try to hear everyone around me as a first reaction and that I really need to tune people or thoughts out and become congruent and then the true message will be clear enough.
