While all of them use the experiential learning format, each has a unique way of engaging teams and individuals to learning and success. Below you will find our most popular and effective formats. Any format you choose will be customized to your team's dynamics, objectives and goals.
The combination of a low and high ropes course enables participants to grow at the team and individual levels, exploring risk, leadership and communication. The low ropes focuses on collaboration, communication, trust and problem solving. The challenges call upon every member of the team to participate, providing unending opportunities for discovery, development, and practice of team skills.
The high ropes course emphasizes the value of risk-taking to create outstanding results, trust and team support. The challenges allow participants to expand their comfort zones and recognize fears that may block personal achievement. There is opportunity in every role and in every choice a participant makes to create tremendous, often life-changing value.

Equine Experiential Learning
Equine Experiential Learning is a format that uses horses as active participants that help to facilitate the learning experience for the human participants. By examining horse behavior, and how the horses relate to us, we can better understand what may be more effective in our own human relationships.
EEL uses a team approach, bringing together a horse specialist, a trained facilitator and the horse, to assist individuals and groups. Through a collaborative learning process, people use experience and reflection to facilitate learning. The equine-assisted model helps individuals learn about themselves and others by participating in activities with the horses and then processing feelings, behaviors, and patterns, recognizing how these may relate to the workplace or at home. While EEL is related to other experiential programs, equine assisted programs have the added element of horses with as many different personalities and attitudes as the humans they are working with.

Retreats
Used in conjunction with a ropes course program or other team development programs, multi-day retreats allow for extended learning and practice of new awareness. Retreats offer the highest transferability of learning back to the workplace. Most of our locations offer overnight lodging and our retreats can be combined with your own retreats or meetings.

The Samurai Game® is a highly challenging, intense leadership and team simulation in which individuals and teams are called upon to exercise resourcefulness, decisiveness, honor, dignity, integrity, risk-taking, selfless service and personal commitment in a series of fast-moving, highly uncertain situations that make up the Game's "battlefield".

Coaching Programs
We provide unique and customized coaching in a one-on-one or a team format for short-term and long-term engagements. We provide support and tools to take you or your team from where you are now and where you want to be. Coaching is often used in a team format alongside 90-day goal setting programs.

The Extraordinary Team
Our ground based Extraordinary Team program is a portable teambuilding format with the focus on the daily interactive skills necessary for high performing teams and individuals. The emphasis is on communication through a series of problem solving, collaborative activities. At the completion of each activity the facilitator will conduct a debrief session made up of questions and observations to support the transfer of the team’s learning from their interaction during the activity to their daily environment. The balance between fun and learning creates a highly effective program with a high level of participation and enthusiasm from the team. While the challenges do not demand physical strength or fitness, creativity and collaboration are required by all team members. We can work with you indoors or outdoors in a few hours, one or multi-day format.
