This ground breaking day is a day of leadership development, exploring the historical issues of the team or department and finding solutions through the authentic conversation, kaleidoscopic thinking strategies and innovation. The day begins with leadership activities that include learning the authentic conversation system. A system that once incorporated into the team, will serve as a vehicle for holding conversations that bridge the distance between differences. The result is mutual understanding is achieved and deadlocked positions are dissolved.
